Our journey began with a vision to transform the industry. Shay has a belief that if we start transforming the mind of our children, we can change the course of history. It became her mission to teach entrepreneurship and financial literacy to children and provide ways for them to turn their dreams into realities.

We introduced our flagship product to the market. Shay's other passion is to educate women who have been in abusive relationships to come from under the shame and rise above the persecution that has decayed the mind of the abused woman. She wrote a book "Mirror Games , My Escape From a Narcissist's Fantasy".

Founded by Shay Snowden, The Real Effect was created as a purpose-driven ecosystem dedicated to education, empowerment, advocacy, and transformational impact. What began as a vision rooted in leadership, faith, resilience, and strategy evolved into three connected pillars; The Real Effect HQ LLC, focused on consulting, operational strategy, leadership development, and digital education; The Real Effect Foundation, established to provide youth empowerment, entrepreneurship education, mentorship, and community outreach; and The Real Cause, the advocacy arm committed to raising awareness and addressing issues affecting families, youth, and communities. Together, these organizations represent a major milestone in Shay Snowden's journey- turning live experience, professional expertise, and a passion for meaningful change into a movement centered on truth, growth, and lasting impact.
